CONCRETE MIXING PLANT

Mixing systems1. Adapting twin-shaft compulsory mixer powerfully mixes evenly and quickly with . This mixer is efficient for high-performance, semi-high-performance and high-strength concrete. The design of the multi-angle mixing arm, prevents round axis ballingphenomenon. Assembled with high wear-resistant ceramic scaleboard from Canada, the mixers durable use life is up to 200,000 cans.

3. The central zed greasing system controlc all greasing points with fixing position,fixing time and fixing quality.

Aggregates BatcherThe aggregates batcher can be designed for earth batcher,semi-earth batcher and ground batcher.The aggregate hoppers design can handle from 3 to 5 hoppers.The hopper dischange gates are controlled by computer to pneumatic cylinders which discharge the aggregates into the weighing hopper through either fast orslow speeds.The weighing of aggregates can be designed for either independent weighing or cumulative weighing.
Mixing Frame
1. The mixing tower is modular structure .All parts in piant are combined by bolts and nuts. It is convenient for install ation and disassembly .The plant seals are foam sandwich steel plates fordust prevention ,heat insulation,

The Liquid weighing system1. The weighing system uses a high sensitive sensorThe water pump pulls the water into weighing hopper, the air-drive butterfly controls the flow , weighs it and and,when finished it flows through two pipes into the mixer.The additive weighing is the same process.
2. The additive process has a special protection device to protect against leaking; the measurement uses a push/pull sensor for weghing hopper, and when the measurement of additive is over,it mixes the additive and the water that is ejected into the mixer.
Aggregate conveying system1. The aggregate conveyer belt is truss frame with quick assembly configuration .The inclination angle is nominally less than 20 degrees . If the chevron patterm belt is used the inclination angle will be less than 27degrees. The belt tension device is the weight dropping type for easy adjustment ..

Computer control system1. All control systems use an industrial style computer for control. The material weighing, transportation, mixing, and it discharge are all handled automatically. is the computer can be operated either by automatic control, or manual control. It is very user friendly.
2. The control screen shows the working process, so it can display the various ratio anddata and then print various reports.
Environmental protection design1. All systems are designed for environmental protection including the conveying, dosing, weighing, feeding and mixing processes. The mixer and cement weighing hopper have pipes with negative pressure which connect to the dust filter.
2. The labyrinth dust resistance device is installed in the aggregate inlet.
